Why I chose New York as my State?

I chose New York as my state because my little sister lives there and I'm very over protective. I love my sister and I would like to be informed about the economy there rather than where I live because my sister is more important. Also her family and I are really close and I would be devastated if something happened to her and her family. After 9/11 I have been very cautious of who runs this great country called America.
